I am a true rodeo cowboy. I grew up around rodeo and ranching all my life. Country music and my lifestyle goes hand in hand. I love to record and perform live. Currently looking for new songs to start a new project. I want to make this my full time job.
Why this name?
That is the name my father gave me when I was born. You say my name like the frilly lace on the end of a womans slip.
Do you play live?
Love to play live in Nashville as much as possible when I can get there. I will play anywhere I am asked to. A special moment I am looking forward to is to make enough money so I can go purchase a house for my wife.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I like the idea people all around the nation can go there to hear my music and see my pictures and get to know me. However it still takes record sales or a major label deal to make a decent career that I can support my family.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Absolutely if it was the right contract.
Band History:
Grew up with a guitar in my hand. Been sing all my life from the time I can remember. Have a ear for music. Never took any lessons. Learned everything on my own. Never did have a band. I am a solo artist.
Your influences?
Marty Robbins, Moe Bandy during my rodeo days. George Strait, Merle Haggard, George Jones, Waylon Jennings, and the list goes on & on.
Favorite spot?
In the wilderness surrounded by pine trees with a river running through so I can fish or hunt or ride horses or just be lazy by the fire. Love Idaho & Montana back country.
Anything else...?
I train horses for roping, barrel racing and pleasure riding. I start them when they are around 2 years old. I live on a small ranch with 3 horses. I want to make great records and keep performing live around the country.
