Originality seems to be an issue nowadays. Too many bands playing the same monotonous music. Eternia's music is all about unpredictability, each arrangements is set up not be guessed by a cunning musical mind. A collage of the different sound colors, texture, sound walls, tempo, and melody. The beauty of metal music at its most unlikely form. It makes you succumb to the vulnerability of life at its inevitable scene, death.
Others have classified our music mainly as Progressive Death. Some also described it as Ethereal Doom, Stoner Rock and Melodic Black Metal. But we simply define it as Good Music. Simply because we combine all elements of various genres then incorporate it in our sound, such as the complex arrangements, jazz and classical fusion rooted sound of progressive rock, the slow yet heavy Doom, the psychedelic aura of Stoner rock, the sadness of Goth, the dark themes of Black Metal, and the brutality, ruthlessness of Death Metal

Why this name?
Eternia is a state of acceptance. Of fate. Of darkness. Of death. Derived from the notion that sadness is eternal. Unlike all things, sorrow is constant and forever. The world of stimulis and mirage that we see, hides the real truth. The truth that we are frail. Beings that are vulnerable to the unpredictability of failure. And when we levitate through this ethereal melancholy, the closer we get to who we really are...Inhabitants of Eternia.
