Tony Willis is worship leader at Oak Tree Anglican Fellowship, London, UK.
"Rivers of Grace is a collection of worship songs I've written over the last few years. Back in 1997, I had an encounter with God which changed my life beyond all recognition. Much of my life before that was struggling to break free from the condemnation that I felt when I fell short of God's standards. However hard I tried I could never live up to those standards.
What I discovered is that God is not like that. He's "more willing to give than I'm to receive", He looks for those He's lost, those who are far away, like the father searched for the prodigal son even when he had rejected everything the father stood for. He accepts me as I am. Many of these songs reflect that discovery, and my prayer is that your life will be transformed too through this amazing truth. "This is the mystery of Your grace
That You chose to die for all our race
For enemies and not for friends
Gave up Your life without demands"
While I was still acting as an enemy towards God, Christ died for me (Romans 5).
Come and discover the God of Grace."
