NEWS   A music video is currently in preproduction for "Prayer for Peace." The story, told with only music and visuals (no dialogue), revolves around a young woman who is obviously a drug-addicted prostitute and has led a very abusive, lonely lifestyle, and who is suddenly and miraculously changed and transformed by a group of supernatural dancers. To my knowledge, nothing like it has ever been done before. The video will be a free download from www.Dewfall.net when it's completed, and it will be included on the Dewfall CD.

"Spiritual music with passion and purpose!"

I'm a 30-year music veteran with a private digital recording studio in central Florida. I've been doing primarily commercial work (jingles, film scores, artist tracks, etc.), but my first personal project is underway (see www.Dewfall.net).
Why this name?
It was given me by my parents! Ha!
Do you play live?
What I do in the studio can't be done live without a full orchestra, and I have no intention of touring with such a large group with the attendant myriad of details, headaches, personality conflicts, logistics, etc. However, I do forsee touring with a group of dancers and strong visuals.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Without a doubt, the internet and emerging technology have completely, radically, and permanently changed the music industry. No longer do the large record labels act as gatekeepers for the consumers, who now have access to music which they would otherwise never hear. This is also good for artists, because we no longer have to sell our souls (and our music & lives) to major labels in order to do what we were created to do.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Nope. No way. I will forever remain independent and autonomous.
Band History:
See my bio at www.Dewfall.net.
Your influences?
John Tesh, Yanni, Enya, Don Potter, Suzy Wills, Matthew Donovan, Joann McFatter, John Debney, Leonard Jones, and all of the MorningStar musicians. (Quite an eclectic group, eh?)
Favorite spot?
Skiathos, Greece. (Heaven on Earth)
Equipment used:
My primary keyboard workstation is an Ensoniq SQ-2, which is connected via MIDI to various other keyboards and modules, including a couple of Emu Proteus modules which I find exhilarating. I record with Cakewalk software.
