Why this name?
My parents gave it to me at birth.
Do you play live?
Played live many times with various groups (Proud Ones, Researchers, Sampo) between 1983 and 1996. Last show was in 1996 with Sampo, opening for Billy Nayer at the Ivy Room. Haven't played out live since but hope to do so again soon.

Your influences?
Garage/Folk/British Invasion (1964-1971), Glam rock (1972-1976) and Punk rock (1977-1980). My music is primarily rooted in the 1960s, however, from an emotional point of view, bands like the Sex Pistols, Clash, Jam, Avengers and Nuns saved my life in the late 1970's.
Favorite spot?
San Francisco
Equipment used:
For Hangin' with Winnie, Volume 1, I used a Yamaha DX7-IID exclusively for its Rhodes sounds and an Oberheim OB3 for B-3 sounds. On a direct-in, DX7 also provided hisssss... :-)
