Gregg Koval
Hi, how's it going?
I had to re-learn how to update this page, but that's OK.
Hope you like the songs. I had to do it all myself and that's not a complaint. Anyways, if you do like what you hear, there's plenty more at www.greggkoval.com.

Why this name?
The band name came easy.
Do you play live?
I play live in Windsor, Ontario in the band The Powdered Toastmen. Pretty fun. Playing in Windsor lets you have to really like what you're playing because no one else will (because nobody seems to clap anymore.)
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
All I'll say about that is if record companies are smart, they'd start selling their artists' songs for download on their own websites or you're going to have a bunch of people, like myself, that sell their own albums from their own webpage. Which isn't too bad.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Not likely after reading "All You Need To Know About The Music Business" by Donald S. Passman. That's the main reason I started doing things on my own.
Your influences?
I like rock. I just like the sound of it. So the songs here are just fun rock songs. Lots of guitar solos; probably because I'm a guitar player.
Favorite spot?
Anywhere where there isn't snow.
Equipment used:
My trusty GoldTop and few other treats.
Anything else...?
If anyone's in the neighbourhood (Windsor, Ontario) you can always go see the band I'm in - The Toastmen: http://www.myspace.com/toastmen . They're great guys too. Listings are also on my website (that would be www.greggkoval.com)
