Hello,
Clippers sailed on many a journey, I invite you to journey with me ----
I am a simple man who has journeyed near and far. My experiences have taken me to foreign lands and across the country. One constant has guided me, there are great people and great beauty everywhere.
I work in the education arena now but my career has spanned many fields. I have loved, laughed, struggled and cried. My foundation is set in a belief of more good than evil, more fair than not, more time for admiration, less time for hate. May you enjoy my work and may we make beautiful music together someday.

Why this name?
Capn' Woody was born from a group of lovely women who took a sailing venture with me years back. They coined the name and it is still with me today. Ahhh...what a crew!
Your influences?
Jazz, poetry, romance, politics, religion, thoughts, news, friends and shared views to name a few. From Thomas Jefferson to John Fogerty and all stops in between. Be it rock, country, R&B, blues or almost anything. Don't expect rap, just can't talk that fast but do expect a stirring thought or mellow journey.

Equipment used:
The efforts found here are pretty simple in production. I use an Altec Lansing headset with mic, Audacity and Magix Music Maker 2005 for laying the tracks and editing effects.
