I enjoy writing, but I also find myself coming up with melodies in my head to the things I write. I try to express it best I can through voice, but I would like to get involved with some real musicians and see about putting some nice music with my lyrics just to make them feel more complete to me.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It lets amateurs get their voice heard in ways that the old cookie cutter music industry deeply fears.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I doubt it, I just do this as a hobby. They would probably make me change too much that I think is best left alone.
