Our Slow Song
Shattered Revelation is made up of me on lead guitar, my friend Chris on rhythm, my buddy steve on drums, and so far thats it. We've only been playing for about a year so we're still in the process of getting a full band.
Why this name?
In religion class i saw a poster that said revelation, so i thought hmm... add shattered...yes..this will do...
Do you play live?
So far no live preformances but we have played for friends.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Its great, it lets real music fans discover new music and artists. Its definately for the better.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Hell yea.
Band History:
In May of 04 me and my friend Steve decied to make a band. Me on guitar and him on drums. So we did. Our friend matt was originally our bassists, but he quit for physcological reasons. In Sept, we got chris on guitar. About 2 months later, through chris, we got a girl bassist named mogona, she also left for physcological reasons. Bassists can be weird people.
Your influences?
For me my greatest influence is Mark Tremonti of Creed and Alter Bridge. I just think hes amazing and way under rated. My other big influences are Iron Maiden, Metallica, Iced Earth, and Sum 41.
Equipment used:
As of now i play an ESP EX-50 to a Zoom 707II pedal, through a Fender Fm212r. Chris uses a Washburn to a Zoom 606 through a peavy. Steve plays tama drums and hardware, remo heads, and sabian cymbals.
