Hi I'm Spencer and I rock out all the time. Now, I know you all have heard about rock and roll, but if you just sit down for just a minute here, I'll give you my feeling of rock and roll. Man, I don't do nothin but sit here with a guitar in my lap all day shoutin about something good. Can you hear me?
Why this name?
its my name
Do you play live?
University AVE in the Seattle U district. You can drop a dime in my case or listen for free. Sometimes I book gigs around town too.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I think the internet changes the music industry not only because it allows listeners to be instantly connected to the music they want in a cost effective way, it also allows musicians to collaborate over massive distances. For example, I've worked with a rocker in Tennesee, recorded with a producer in Seattle, recieved critique from a popstar in Belgium, played guitar for a popstar in New York.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
no recoupable debt in the contract.
Your influences?
Freddy King, Thom Yorke, Charlie Christian, George Harrison... etc..
Favorite spot?
Doug Fir PDX
