Leave you behind
At first we were just individual artists doing our own thing, just writing and making our own music. I guess we all met and got introduced through friends and we all became close. The chemistry between us was good, and we all just got together one night and just had a jam session, flowin' the whole night. Before you know it here we are just a group of people that love to make our music. We just want to share to the world the music we love to make.

Why this name?
Everytime we have a practice or get together to try to make a new song, the first thing we do is hit the guitars and everybody just goes around, and flow some lines, or just what's on their mind. And basically this is how we get our ideas for most our songs. So we came up with the name "flow."
Do you play live?
Mostly we play for any kind of crowd, and any opportunity there is to play, we take it. It's fun, and it's a different feel when you let people hear your music.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I think that the internet gives more opportunity to those seeking a place in the music world.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
If the chance ever came around to sign with a major label, we wouldn't hesitate to do it. But for now were fine doin our thang underground.
