This is a one-man Band : I try to be as eclectic as possible in my electronic music : it ranges from swinging tablas percussions to abstract experimental noises.
Why this name?
For simplification sake, I have used the same name as my homepage " The Analog Cottage" : a site dedicated to Analog Modular Synthesis.
Do you play live?
Yes, most of my recordings are made 'Live'. I also play from time to time with MEME (Midwestern Electronic Music Ensemble) in Illinois and Wisconsin.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Definitely so...
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
No way!: I want to control my own stuff!

Equipment used:
All my sounds are analog : they are created, by substractive synthesis, using a big Serge Modular Music System and a 5 voices Oberheim SEM-1 analog synthesizers!
Anything else...?
I am also using an analog emulator called 'Synthedit' : I believe it is the most flexible synth, in that class, for Live performances!
