QUOTE:-

The 1 Bad DJ in question is Cornwall's own DJ Spang, who has been testing out his own material at clubs for 12 years now. You can bet your life that if he throws this one on, the place will come alive, whatever the club.
What we've got here is a near perfect dance track, bursting with energy, with a pounding Bassline from start to finish. Chuck a serious Ragga Chant in the mix + you've got a powerful slice of Old Skool House.'Ear da Muzik Come T'ru! demands this track. Don't argue with the man. Just Do It.....END QUOTE

1 Bad DJ has been DJ'ing Electronica for 12 years now, and decided to "give it a go" 3 years ago.Plays a lot of his own work at Clubs to "Test The Water", and is never disappointed
Why this name?
I used to use the name DJ Spang + I wanted something catchier....at the time "One Phat Deeva" was at the top of the charts, so I gave the name "1 Bad DJ" a go....I've never looked back!
Do you play live?
I DJ in Newquay (the UK's Surf/Club/Youth/Party Capital) in Clubs, at Parties and, weather permitting on the Beach....
If you make it big..?
If I make it Big?........I'd set up a Studio + Record Label to help the Army of Unsigned Talent get heard...
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Well, in my case I've already managed a worldwide audience, I've had my music remixed by talented artists from as far afield as Norway, USA, Australia, UK + even Russia!
I've been reviewed by MP3 Magazine, Ministry Magazine + most recently MP3X Magazine.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
....Undoubtedly I would, however I'd be wary of getting ripped off..
Your influences?
Fat Boy Slim, Armand Van Helden, Candi Staton, Earth,Wind & Fire, Isaac Hayes, MFSB, Dan Hartman, First Choice, Chic, KC + the Sunshine Band, Underworld, Chemical Brothers, Disco, House, Funk
Favorite spot?
Behind the Decks....anywhere...
