highly trained white guy ripping the hell out of fresh beats

Why this name?
when i was younger, people used to ask if i was black or white or mixed or whatever because i have a dark skin tone and i carry myself with a little bit of confidence. it was always like, oh you can't just be a white guy. i used to just say, naa, i'm just white. but then my best friend was like, naa, yo, he's just beige. so i was like, damn, that's dope. so it became BaYzHe and it stuck.
Do you play live?
I do as much as i can. if there is something to be at, i'm there. i do a lot of open mic sh*** at ODU, where i also do a lot of battle contests, i've done a spot at Howard University Homecoming, and i've also just done miscellaneous events through-out the seven cities.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
waters it down... now any joker can try to be an emcee.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
that's a silly question. thats everyone's dream. if a child grows up wanting to be a teacher, and someone hands him a record contract and tells him to dance, he does it.
Band History:
i first started writing sh*** for girls when i was younger. then i started battling in middle school. in high school i was still doing both, writing about girls and smashing heads, while i was trying to encorporate more topics and stories into my music. i started realizing by the end of high school i couldn't just battle everyone and hate everyone and have them hating me. so i started college at ODU as a creative writing major to try and bring out more of my voice as an artist. this was one of the best moves i have ever made in my musical career. just to be able to understand how to write effectively has been most beneficial. being able to tell a story is one of the most important aspects of any art, and i really felt pulling that into my music has brought me to where i am now.
Your influences?
CAGE MOTHERf***ING KENNYLZ (chris palko, google the shit) Mos Def, Common, Kanye West

those are emcees... that's not to say that i don't get down to some Eagles or Beatles or Incubus or John Legend or what the f*** ever. if the sh*** is on the box and i like the way it sounds, i could give a f*** what lable any motherf***er puts on what I LIKE TO LISTEN TO.
Equipment used:
peices of sh*** i collected from my own toilet.
