LEASING RIGHTS ($25-$50): The Purchaser is given leasing rights to use a master recorded hip hop instrumental for one commercial album including packaging and distribution, but may not use for commercial use such as radio airplay, album singles, music videos, live or televised performances, advertisement campaigns or movie scores. If the purchaser decides he/she needs to use the instrumental(s) for commercial reasons other than one commercial album, the purchaser is then required to purchase commercial rights; within respect, the price already paid for leasing will be deducted from the licensor’s asking price.


EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS (email me): The Purchaser is given Exclusive rights to use a master recorded hip hop instrumental for any commercial album including packaging and distribution, this instrumental may be used for commercial use such as radio airplay, album singles, music videos, live or televised performances, advertisement campaigns or movie scores.
