Whats up! This is AMC, All Money Counts, an aspiring group of young men trying to be heard and share our music to the world. We're from the Westside of Chicago, and have been making music since 2000. The group consists of Astro, Manipulator, and Coda. Get on yo' job cuz we're on ourz! 2005 and we trenchin'!
Why this name?
AMC was derived of all of our individual names, plus the idea that, in life, money is accounted for everything. When you pay for something, no one asks, "Where did you get this money from?". It doesn't matter where it came from. Therefore, ALL MONEY COUNTS!
Do you play live?
We are currently looking for shows to perform at. If anybody have any spots where we can perform in the Chicago area, please email us.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The internet plays the role like liason for artists like ourselves. It plays the middle-man between artists and listeners or A&Rs. The internet is the future of everything!
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes. We are currently showcasing our talent to see which major labels are interested in us. We would diffenitely love to sign with a major.
Your influences?
Some of our influences are 2pac, Jay-Z, Nas, Outkast, T.I., Kanye West, Dr. Dre, The Neptunes, and Timbaland.
Favorite spot?
Chicago.
