Why this name?
Saw it subtitled on a film, thought it would make a cool name for a band.
Do you play live?
Exeter
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It's great to be able to listen to material that otherwise would have gone unheard.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Perhaps
Band History:
Later That Day formed late 2004 after losing a guitarist from the previously un-named band in which Rory, Greg and Sam had been playing for a few months through the Campus Bands society at the University of Exeter. The arrival of guitarist Dan prompted the band to write some real songs and decide on a few names. Preliminarily called, Fire Kills Children, the band finally decided that "Later That Day" was as close to a proper band name as we had and so somehow stuck. Never played a gig.
Your influences?
Biffy Clyro, My Vitriol, Muse, Foo Fighters.
Favorite spot?
Exeter seems pretty cool at the moment, probably cos we're at uni here.
