Why this name?
I got my name Silver from school...cuz my initials r 'ag'. J/Jay is my nick name.
Do you play live?
Not Yet.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It doesnt help the industry...It help independents and unsigned cats pretty much to showcase their talent out to a wider audience though.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I'd stay underground like tree roots.
Your influences?
Lots of them...but its mainly HipHop artists. I listen to a lot of them. I'm more of a topical/conceptual artist than a battle cat though i aint weak at battles. Im real influenced by anything and anyone. I find a little something inspiring in everything. I dont try to sound like anyone, but Im learning.
Equipment used:
IMac G5, Audacity, Garageband, Reason on the machine end and my senses on the human end. Not to forget the pen and notebook.
