Well, my band is me. I started playing guitar when I was 15, back in 1985. Played in several bands in high school and college. After college, the real world hit and I took a hiatus from performing.
In my earlier college years, I had recorded a couple of songs with a drummer friend. In those songs I played guitar and bass. I've always wanted to get into recording as an outlet for my creative juices. Decreased costs and increased quality of PC based recording devices have made that possible for me.
Now, I compose and play all of my music from my office studio and record direct to hard disk. My main instrument is still guitar although I do play bass and program the drums for all of my compositions.
It's a hobby for me now, but it's always been my dream to perform for larger audiences. Perhaps that day will come, but I'm content to be a basement rock star for now. Enjoy the music!

Why this name?
I didn't choose it. My Mom and Dad did.
Do you play live?
Don't play live anymore. Loved it when I did. Quite the adreniline rush.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
For the better, I hope. Certainly it can help newer artists get discovered. I'd like to think that it will result in better sales since people might be more willing to buy a single song that they like rather than have to be uncertain about buying a whole album.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
In a heartbeat.
Your influences?
I am generally stuck in the 70s and 80s musically. I love Rush, but also have a liking for early Van Halen, Boston, Honeymoon Suite, School of Fish and others. My favorite guitarists are Alex Lifeson, Tom Scholtz, Vito Bratta, and of course Eddie Van Halen.
Equipment used:
My main guitar is an '87 Ibanez RG440. I have an Ibanez bass and a Yamaha acoustic. I use a Line6 PODxt amp modeler for all of my guitar work. From there, pretty much directly into my PC.
