Hi....hope you are too...this is just a compilation of stuff....all the way back to 83...some songs were studio....newer songs were

Like I said its a compilation...its really four bands...different members, besides me...but all friends.....wel sorta'.

Why not....as long as I've got a knee brace and some "Horse Linament" so I can survive touring.....some Xanex would be helpful...
