PAYMENT INFORMATION

To purchase a beat non-exclusively, simply email us at 1995abeat@gmail.com and:

1) Tell us the names of the beats that you want.
2) Tell us the email address that you use for Paypal.

We will send you a Paypal money request and upon receipt of the funds we'll send a download link to you via email.

If you wish to pay with a Credit Card or with Western Union, please let us know via email at 1995abeat@gmail.com. We can only accept Western Union payments for orders of $75 or more.

DETAILED LICENSING INFORMATION:

NON-EXCLUSIVE LICENSE (LEASE) - $19.95:

The beats can be licensed non-exclusively for only $19.95. This license allows you to sell up to 1,000 copies of your project without paying us any sales royalties. If you sell over 1,000 copies, you would have to contact us at 1995abeat@gmail.com to negotiate a royalty contract. You are allowed to use beats for live shows/radio play, however if there are any publishing/performance royalties involved (ie. ASCAP, BMI, etc.) then we are entitled to 50% of the writer's share of the publishing.

All vocal tags are removed from the beat when a license is purchased. Beats are delivered in 192 kbps mp3 format. We can also provide the beats in .wav format, however there is an additional charge of $15 per beat for this. (If you are getting multiple beats, we can offer a discount).

UNLIMITED SALES LICENSE (LEASE) - $79.95:

This license is the same as a non-exclusive license (lease), however you are allowed to sell an unlimited number of copies of your project without paying us additional sales royalties. You are allowed to use beats for live shows/radio play, however if there are any publishing/performance royalties involved (ie. ASCAP, BMI, etc.) then we are entitled to 50% of the writer's share of the publishing.

FREE BEATS POLICY:

Any beats marked with the "FREE" logo are licensed to you NON-EXCLUSIVELY. You may sell up to 1,000 copies of the songs you make with these beats without paying us any royalties. TRACKED-OUT BEAT WITH INDIVIDUAL FILES - $99.95:

We can also provide the individual tracks to a beat (ie. kick, snare, bass, etc.). Discounts are available for larger purchases. If you are interested, please contact us via email.
