Im Caroline, From Huntington Beach, Ca. I sing and play the guitar, and no i dont dance. Ive been playing the guitar for only about 3 years, or a little bit more. Basically, all i do is mess around and play stuff, compose something random, and then throw in whats going on in my head onto paper then read it with a melody. Hope your ears dont bleed!
Do you play live?
I have played live. It was fun! Downtown Huntington beach at Dukes Restaurant on the Pier. It was definitely rad.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
YEAH! Everyone is getting discovered! It helps a lot for sure.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
In a heartbeat. But would you think that can happen? Haha.
Your influences?
I get influenced by many people. Great artists that write and compose their own things, who arent afraid to tell it like it is. Lots of people like Chris Carraba of Dashboard Confessional, John Mayer, Jack Johnson, Vanessa Carlton, Eric Clapton, Michelle Branch, etc etc, those kind of people are pretty inspirational. But really, I just love music in general and i think it is amazing.
Equipment used:
I dont have anything. Just my guitar, and sometimes my piano. And my Xmas Present, which is a Fostex MR-8 8 track recording thing.
