I began making history as a young'n in church like many artists. Singin' bout the wonders of Jesus on Sunday morning and pop 'n lockin' to Doug E. Fresh by Sunday evening. I was memorizing LLCoolJ's "Bad" and Slick Rick's "La Di Da Di" in primary school and perfecting my beatboxing skills.

As an adolescent and teenager I was always trying to put singing groups together, writing songs and raps, and tapping out my beats on anything I could find: my desk, a table, a door, the steering wheel,...

Eventually while in college I created my first record company, Da Bricks Entertainment; and helped launch a Christian label: Angelflyte Records. Later, came my second brainchild-- Empower Entertainment, home of Empower Records (ER), Empower Promotions, and soon "The O.R." recording & production studio. Having made a brief impact in Upstate, South Cak in 2002-03 then disappearing for a while, Empower is bursting back on tha scene in '05! This time we playin for keeps!

My influences are too many to name; from Missy to Kanye; Dr.Dre to Dark Child to Pharrell; from Whitney to Jill Scott and back to Badu; DMX to ODB and on to TI.
