I have played in various bands all around the country including some fairly big shows, i.e. opening for national acts.

Technology empowers artists to take their vision to the audience with much more limited resources and much less corporate politics. It also gives the audience more power of choice.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Well, we all have to make a living and business is business. I would have to weigh the pro ands cons of any given offer carefully, however.
