Quality Punk since 1996
Why this name?
We named ourselves after a firework which makes a lot of noise but is not at all pretty.
Do you play live?
The Vic in Derby is always a bit special as we have made a lot of friends in the midlands. But we've played Leeds, Southampton, Notts, Plymouth oh yeh London. Erm Special moments...Charlie Harper came to one of our gigs in London that was pretty special.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I think the internet has allowed all sorts of reprobates to get their music to an audience without having a huge budget.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
How much money are they offering ? Ideally I'd prefer it if our own label took off so we didn't have to sign to any label major or small.
Band History:
We formed in 1996. We've written and released 2 albums on our own label PNUK Records. We've played gigs, slept on peoples floors. It's been lovely. We're very good at what we do, we treat gigs like a war, our aim is to destroy the other bands on stage. It's nothing personal.
Am I supposed to put some nonsense about stradling genres and redefining Rock n Roll in here to pad it out a bit.

Your influences?
Ramones. We all used to go see the Ramones when they played London, we totally stole the Ramones no nonsense no stopping approach to gigging. Misfits, Motorhead, Discharge, Green Day. We also listen to a lot of cheesy 80's metal on the way to gigs Rainbow, Twisted Sister, Judas Priest etc
Favorite spot?
There's no place like home
Anything else...?
If the world didn't suck we'd all fall off
