We're from Northeastern State University and we play rock music mixed with a little emo. Look for more updates like shows and radio play later.
Why this name?
We couldn't figure out what to call ourselves, so we just used our names.But now we are called Gasping for Breath
Do you play live?
Played at open mic night in the chatter box.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
People can steal songs and stuff but as long as they dont steal our wallets we will be happy.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Depends on what they offer.
Band History:
Been together for a while. we play guitar and sing. Oh, I forgot the drummer!?! He writes words to all our music. His name is Ryan.
Your influences?
Chucks are Dashboard Confessional, and The Used. Daves are Philmore, Relient K, Pillar, Sidewalk slam.
Favorite spot?
Chucks is OKC and Daves is Tulsa.
Equipment used:
Dave uses a Fender LeadI from the 80's, Chuck uses a Washburn ME4. We use a boss digital recorder and an MXL Studio mic to record vocals. Dave has a Behringer vampire amp.
