S Rock . . .rapper/writer/co producer/arranger. .. The premier lyricist originally from Brooklyn NY home of one of the greatest rappers the Notorious B I G.. . . S Rock is able to capture his audience with his old skool vibe and his witty lyrics. He has been a lover of Hip Hop since the early age of ten. Growing up his father aka "Master B" was a well known local DJ. This allowed him to be exposed to all different types of sound and music especially Hip Hop. Rappers Jay Z, Tupac and DMX have inspired him. He believes they have a unique style and keep it real in their music. S Rock has performed at shows and seems to leave his audiences wanting more. His future vision for Hip Hop is to bring back some of that old skool flava a time when you could rap and be yourself.

Why this name?

The name was basically given to me. But also that is what I do , I come hard everytime I'm heard.

Do you play live?

Of course. I perform wherever possible and I love it.

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?

It's a more easier way to get your music heard abroad.

Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

Of course. . . If the right offer comes my way.

Band History:

Started rapping in 98' but I started really taking it serious in 03'. Now I couldn't be any more focused at what I am doing.

Your influences?

Some of my musical influences include 2pac, DMX, Run DMC and LL Cool J just to name a few.
