This is just something I do to amuse and entertain myself.
Why this name?
I've been using that name for a while. Not sure why. I guess I like the fact that it doesn't say much, so no assumptions can be made.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It opened it up to people outside of a closed talentless community that was being forced down everyone's throat.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Nah
Band History:
I've been doing beats and DJ'ing since about 1983-84, I guess. I grew up with hip-hop. I've done some producing for a few cats over the years, but the farther away from the industry I stay, the more I enjoy what I do.
Your influences?
Old school DJ's and producers: Premier, Pete Rock, Scotlarock, Prince Paul, Marley Marl, etc.
Favorite spot?
Washington, D.C.
Equipment used:
Mainly use reason and a Korg MicroCONTROL USB midi studio controller.
