My names Phoenix, I'm a christian rapper from Baltimore, MD. My real name is Chris and I started rapping back in 2005 with a friend from school. It eventually evolved into something greater and I've had a lot of fun with it so far.
Why this name?
I honestly forgot... It may have just sounded cool at the time. =)

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The internet really changes the music industry in a lot of ways. More people can be noticed now than before, and can elevate their skills faster than ever.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes, I would.

I started rapping in 2005 and I found god in 2008. After I found religion, I decided to start writing christian lyrics.

37 He answered, "The one who sowed the good seed is the Son of Man.
