What it do this ya boy Alpine, President/CEO of Versatile Productions. We're based out of Washington but come from all over America. Young Caz represents San Diego, Ca, Knightryda comes from Milwaukee, WI, Latoya brings that fire from Florida and I come from Houston, TX.
Why this name?
Versatile Productions was the obvious name for the company, simply because it started of with a Samoan producer and a White Rapper. Obviously with the edition of new people to the label coming from different parts of America the name still holds true.
Do you play live?
Yes, we perform at different concerts, normally as a feature act. Location varies...
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The internet definitely changes the music industry, sometimes good sometime bad. It gives new artists the opportunity to get exposed, but it takes away from profits made through record sales.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes, I would be interested in signing with a major label if the money and time was right, feel me!
