Why this name?
Its a mixture of the Kilrathi word Kn-thrak, which means "evil" "void" or "darkness" and a brandname for a towel-machine
Do you play live?
No. I would like to, but haven't got the equipment for a stable live-show. If i get the money for a laptop, i might be getting somewhere.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Maybe for the best because everybody will get a fair chance an almost certainly for the worst because also the talentless will provide us with their "material", and they count well into the millions. In a few years we might find out that the "old" system wasn't that bad after all.....
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes. There are plenty of good labels out there which love good music and are willing to take it to the masses.
Band History:
It started when i bougth a sampler and a synthesizer. I already had a computer and begun composing. I bougt more stuff, and some more, and i will be buying even more stuff in the future. For the full story: Check www.kratarknathrak.host.sk

Favorite spot?
The eastside of the island Terschelling is real nice. That goes for the complete island, by the way. I also like the Alps. Germany has some nice places as well. And Mallorca isn't bad either. I like Leipzig very much. Nice wide roads and polite people.
