Flashyone2 is Blues Rock oriented with special interests that include axe slingers such as; Jimi, SRV, Chris Duarte, and Jeff Beck.
Why this name?
The Flashyone2 band name came about during the count-in of one of our songs. We didn't get to 3 and well, there was a pretty flashy electrical fire...
Do you play live?
Every one of our jobs has been played live. Getting paid insures a special moment for us!
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I think the Internet allows bands and individuals to get more exposure. And the Internet also allows listeners to hear a wider variety of "homegrown" music.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Probably not. Flashyone2 has already refused multi-record contracts with 3 major record labels. Besides, I pesonally don't have time to make records and tour- I am well on my way to being an assistant manager at my life-long dream job with an international Scottish food chain,(sorry, I can't Mc-mention their name, but they have the coolest uniforms).
Favorite spot?
Flashyone2 has toured in the mid-west USA. While on tour our favorite spots include indoor plumbing and a rodent free enviornment.
