This music is about ambience, about changing the space which the listener occupies while experiencing the musical piece. This change should effect internal and external space, creating an environment specific to the piece. The listener can ignore this music or actively engage with it, either way it will change their space-- the only difference will be the degree.

i have been interested in making ambient music since hearing a copy of eno's discreet music in 1976. computers have made that possible, and began to devote serious time from my music making activities to doing this in 1999. Since then, I have composed and recorded over 100 hours worth of ambient stuff, including the soundtracks for many silent or experimental films.
yes, i do play live, and i like to mix my laptop generated music with live soloists.
