I'm just a guy who listens to the Bob & Tom show too much and thought I'd try to write my own funny songs. Other than that I'm pretty unimpressive. (except of course, if you've seen my pic you already know that I am way too good lookin')
Why this name?
Gee... it just came to me out of the blue. It's really original isn't it?
Do you play live?
Ummmm... I play in front of my kids sometimes...
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The internet has really screwed a lot of artists out of a lot of cash I think, but it has also allowed a lot of artists a globe spanning voice which they might never have otherwise had.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
If someone was dumb enough to want to sign me...sure.
Your influences?
I've already mentioned Bob & Tom, Adam sandler, Rodney Carrington, Tim Wilson, Todd Snider, and soooo many others.
Favorite spot?
A shady spot when it's hot.
Equipment used:
1/4 accoustic Gibson 335, Fender D-g3 Accoustic, some lame ass student drum set, Yamaha 1202 12 port mixer, radio shack MD-1700 midi keyboard, AKG D330BT mics, Gibson Guitar amp (really old -- has tremolo and reverb -- tube type), Honner Blues Harp, ComCrap Presario, and CoolEdit Pro.
