Hello! I'm a self-made singer songwriter who does most of my recording in my home project studio. I enjoy studying sound engineering and mastering as well as collaborating with friends and family on various projects. Look for a new original concept album due out early 2007. 2 cuts from that CD are here for download. Last year's seasonal release "Moonlight and Myrrh", an eclectix mix of jazz and world melodies, is also available for download and purchase.
Why this name?
My parents had it in for me before I was a fetus.
Do you play live?
Yep.All over. Nothing beats it. One time I was playing with my dad (also on soundclick here) and his guitar just starting shorting out right in the middle of a great solo-so I just sat on his amp and held the cord until the end of the tune. It was classic.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It's definitely leveled the playing field a little. I think people are more aware that there are choices out there, and that they don't have to settle for what's on the radio.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
It would depend on how much of my soul they would want me to sign away. I would probably stay indie as they usually have the better track record as far as artist input is concerned.
