Lazystar
NEWS
There is a great little piece on the first 3 songs over at http://www.lostmusic.co.uk .. Thanks for the support!
The first Lazystar demo is now finished and downloadable from this site. The title is "lazysugarsunday" and the tracklisting is the following: i'm never/smile/... for a dream/space and sound/lament. Numbered copies will be sent out to a few 'zines and indie labels; the rest of you feel free to burn your own copies and make whatever nice cover art you like!

Sweet sonic lo-fi assault influenced by the great indie guitar pop bands of the 80s and 90s.
Why this name?
"Lazy" and "Star" are two of my favorite words.. imagine all the goodness you get when you mix them together..
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I'm not an indie fundamentalist... funnily enough - it's never come up before..
Band History:
I wanted to do something more musically complex and challenging than my other bands.. and this is basically it..
Your influences?
The melodic side of guitar pop as well as the sonic invention of shoegazing and dream pop.. Mostly stuff from the mid-80s to the mid-90s.
