EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS ($100+): When you purchase exclusive rights you'll be able to use the beat for any profitable commercial recording or broadcasting purposes. Once exclusives are sold the beat is no longer on the website. Exclusive rights are sold to only one user and cannot be resold or transferred to any other party. Once you have purchased the beat you will receive a CD in the mail/email containing the full beat as audio, and the full beat in .MP3 format. In addition you will receive a signed 5150 Market contract granting you exclusive rights to the beat.

LEASING RIGHTS ($20+): When leasing a beat you can use it for your album, demo, shows, radio play, or any reason you can think of as long as you give 5150 Market the proper credit for the incremental. Leasing Rights can be sold multiple times until Exclusive Rights have been purchased. Leasing a beat is the most common method of purchasing a beat, its cheap and you can use it for anything as long as you give 5150 Market the proper credit.

CUSTOM BEATS ($250+): Custom Beats are available for artists and record companies who are serious about putting together an artist's Album/EP project. Custom Beats are sold to only one user and the exclusive rights to use the obtained.
Custom Beats cannot be resold or transferred to any other party. I will work with you to make the track just the way you want it. Prices will depend on the complexity of the track, and how long it takes to come up with the final accepted version but pricing starts at $250 per Custom Beat. A down payment is required and I will not ask for the rest of the payment until you are completely satisfied.
