I've been writing music and lyrics since I was 13.
I've written over 40 songs and for a few years, these three songs were the only ones to get onto the net.
I intend to change all that by getting the newer, better quality stuff uploaded.
I'm sorry for the delay, but I was kind of busy getting myself a degree at college.

I'm a solo artist. Carla Ellis is my name.

Yes I have done but it's been private functions up to now.

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It's made it easier for me to share my own music with people.
I don't think it will harm the music industry because people who like a particular band will still want to buy the CDs with all the booklets and things that come with them.
I love muse, and as much as I love to hear a song on the net, I still want to buy it in a hard copy.
My feelings are, they took the time to make something beautiful, why shouldn't I give them something back.

Not a great history, I'm disabled, so no jumping up and down with the guitar anymore.

This can be heard in the lyrics of a song I wrote about an ex boyfriend.
The song is called 'I Still Hate You!'
There's also a song called 'There's not enough beer in the world to make you look pretty!'
Apart from my funny side I have a side that my pals call my dark side. Charming pals huh?
I'll be uploading them as soon as I can get the recordings into a smaller file size.
Then I can remove these three 'old' copies of songs that sound totally different now.
(For a start, the guitar is now in tune)
