I use to play acoustic intrument like [guitar, bonggos, bungkaka, kubing, bamboo flute]. My composition is very Filipino and also modern ethnic type of music.. i'm not expert on how to classify the genre of my songs.. it just an article of one soul. So whether you like it or not. i call it music.
Why this name?
It's my name. Actually my real name is Melanie but i'd rather used Mulan of which i'm known of.
Do you play live?
Yes, always. St. Augustine Parish. Of course i love doing my ministry. Every moment is special and precious.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It influences lot of people. Any kind, any race, any country.. you can jive and jamm into what music they are interested of.. The more accessible the music is, the more interested artist/individual will be involve into music.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I don't know yet. But i don't think. Someone will invite me.. hahaha
Band History:
Nothing realy formal. My mom bought me a guitar. so there's no choice but to use it.. I just try my luck to taught my self how to play it.. and then unconsciously, i became artist. Bless by God, i think so.

Anything mellow and soulful.

Stratocaster By Fernando, but i really prefer to use acoustic Guitars made from Philippines, it create a sweet sounds because of the unique woods craftsman use they call it Lumanog, originally from Cebu...
