This page is for those that wanna know where Flawlezz the alias came from, and for those who want to listen to my music and for people to rate my music. I would appreciate honesty, so if you aint feelin it let me know.
Why this name?
It wasn't my first alias, but later on became an alias my cousin (who'm I'd looked up to as a rapper) gave me the alias of Flawlezz as his way of saying I had what it takes to make it to the top. It aint that Im trying to say Im perfect with this name, its simply because i always give u a flawless effort every time i grab the mic.
Do you play live?
Hell yeah. I perform anytime and anywhere I can. I have performed shows with several local artists like Young JC,Grilleo,Phillip Good, and Wicked Red.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It helps ur music get heard by others, and might even get ur name out there around other areas if yo s***'s fire!
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
hell yea!!!!
Band History:
My solo album "Game Lockdown" just dropped on Tuesday August 9th, and all copies where sold 3 days later. I'm about to start working on my second solo project called "Make Way" (the first single for it has the same title), and I would like to collab with soundclick artists on this one, and not so many local artists this time around.
Your influences?
I was really influenced by local rappers. Especially Childrin Of Da Corn. I used to love everything they do before I got into this game, and I still do. Other than that my cousin K-Dub is my biggest influence, and he will be featured on the next CD, believe dat!
Favorite spot?
Rockford Illinois,Monroe and Madison i like the clubs they got around there like Sirbuks,Elixir, and more.
Equipment used:
the only thing I touch is the mic, but i have also recorded for my boy phillip good so i know how to use those too.
Anything else...?
I jus wanna thank everyone who supported "Game Lockdown" and made it the success it was, and all u that showed me love on soundclick thank yall too! The next album will go hard too! U have my word.
