In the old west, there lived an outlaw Osage Indian who was a horse thief. He was known as Chief Black Buffalo and the 50 followers. He had a knack for finding unusual outlaws and bringing them together as one "gang" or in his case, a "tribe". His tribe was made up of outlaw whites who couldn't live amongst the white man, outlaw Chinese who ran from the railroad encampments, and blacks who were running from slavery.
