Band History:
Pamela Bennett-Cox is a native of Charlotte, NC and is the youngest of five children. She accepted the Lord as her personal Savior at the age of eight and she is still holding on to His hand today.

This anointed songwriter and psalmist has a musical history that spans over 25 years. She realized her gift and call to sing at the age of 12 and since that time has been committed to spreading God’s Word through the medium of music.

From 1979 through 1989 she sang with various local choirs and ensembles such as the Original Carolina Gospel Singers, The Kee Singers, New Life Community Choir, The Anointed Ones, Heart and Soul and The Charlotte Area Community Choir. In the fall of 1985 she recorded a single entitled “I’m In The Spirit.” She has ministered in concert along with well know artists such as: John P. Kee, Christopher L. Gray, Shirley Caesar Williams, Donald Malloy, Rance Allen, Albertina Walker and BeBe and CeCe Winans. She has also been featured in several local plays, in particular, Janice Feaster’s “Wayward Child” and she has recently been touring with Lyndarrin Slaughter’s “The Return.”

In the fall of 1991, she realized and accepted her primary call, to teach and preach the Word of God. She was licensed in the fall of 1992 and ordained in the fall of 1993 by the Apostolic Holiness Churches of God of the Americas. She has traveled throughout North and South Carolina.

Her walk with Christ is evident by the dedication, love and concern she has for the many souls that have not heard the Good News of the gospel. As long as God shall bless her to be one of His many ambassadors, there will always be an opportunity for people to know the True God and be introduced to eternal life.
