From Central Pennsylvania, the cross of melodic passages juxtaposed with moments of sheer brutality. For those who appreciate the vain of hardcore that calls the names of such bands as The Bled, Hopesfall and Killswitch Engage, with so much more depth and drive. Twin guitar harmonies carry the sheer emotion that can come from the band. Dead Helix is the mixture of everything that is right in hardcore, without everything you don't want.

Long story...
Do you play live?
We play live. Mostly at The Fireplace in Myerstown. Yes we like it. Kids dance for us so that makes us happy.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I think it opens up the world for people to find new music.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes.
Band History:
We've been together for about three years with a few lineup changes and style changes. We have developed a sound that's energetic, melodic and brutal all at the same time.
Your influences?
Killswitch Engage type of stuff. Heavy metal with alot of dance parts, breakdowns and melody.
Favorite spot?
The Championship in Lemoyne, PA.
