My name is Gary T. I am a guitar player from Dallas, TX. I love all types of music and play several instruments including, guitar, bass, drums, and the piano. I love the guiatar the most. I am not trying to be serious or anything with the name, it was just to be cocky and as a joke. Most of this stuff is really rough and mostly me just me playing around to capture an idea to make a real song later. I am not sure if anyone is even able to hear the posted "rough" music I have on here, unless I provide them a link?

Why this name?
My guitar caught on fire one day. I took it as a sign, but it might have just been fate. I threw it in the pool and it put out the flames, but when I plugged it in and was about to play "Shock Me" , but before I could, it lit me up like a Christmas Tree and also singed some hair on my nads. I dried it out and then everything was good again when I plugged in next time.
Do you play live?
Just in my Bedroom, Backyard, Parties, Weddings. Once I was playing a solo in this really hot bar, and all of a sudden, this ditzy blonde model threw her bra at me while I was ripping a mean solo. It was pretty cool, but she was really really BIG, a 42 Double D, and when she threw it, the cup of the bra landed right on top of my head and I couldn't see anything. I walked right off the stage with her bra hanging from my head because I couldn't see where I was going. I felt like a real "Boob". After the show I got her number and never called her. Too Bad......................
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It enables people to be able to listen and share all levels of music with people that would normally never get an opportunity to hear it, even bad players like myself get a chance to be heard.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Sure, where do I sign?
Band History:
I was walking through LA after I ran away from home. I was on the streets for about 6 months, eating whatever I could find from dumpsters and behind buildings, and playing my guitar for tips to buy food.
If I was lucky that day, I would get a 1/2 sandwich, if not, maybe a few peanuts laying beside the park benches that the pidgeons didn't already find.
It was tough out there. Then one day when I was crawling around on my hands and knees looking for loose change behind a popular arcade, a local sansdwich shop owner (the one I used to get the sandwiches from thatdumpster that they threw away) heard me playing my guitar. He bought me a new sandwich and offered me the chance to play my guitar at his sandwich shop for tips and all the sandwiches I could eat. The shop happened to be a Subway and after eating all those sandwiches, I ended up loosing weight and saving up enough money to get a bus ticket back home where I belong. Now I am starting a new band so I can pick up chicks and buy a new cargo van to hall our gear around.
