Pedro was making some of his first demo tracks and tapes in 1987 that would later be received and signed by Castro Brown and Noel Browne of New Name Music Inc. Pedro caught news of the making of a new Reggae Dancehall movement called "Technics Productions," while living in Tacoma, WA. Basically everyday Pedro would hang around musicians getting into the way as much as he could as an extra or whatever he could do.
Then his chance came where he was allowed to throw dancehall parties and stage shows in China Town, Tacoma, which led to Reggae Sunsplash and other major promotions.

In 1997, Pedro took time off from the music scene and moved to Florida. He then landed a job with Compaq Computer Corp. as an Information Technology Manager. There he met Mikel Fair of 303INFINITY, The Internet’s leading Electronica/Trance D.J. and ruler of MP3.com, netting over five and a half million downloads and landing gigs with MTV and the X-Games. Pedro is now the official MC for 303INFINITY, and has started his reggae crossover career within the electronic genre
