It's pretty much the exact opposite of our musical direction.. just kind of fits

James and Chris have strived through the years.

Meeting as a freshman and junior in highschool and coming together in 1998 as "Corruption" they started the legacy of their career.

Originally Corruption was ND and Talonox, this phase saw two albums;
-Corruption
-HEAD

Corruption then had a fallout of sorts, and almost broke up. Coming back together in 2001 with name changes to Demonik (ND) and D. Ax (Talonox) they initially were going to start a new group under the name uNDeD. They decided to keep it as Corruption and again changed names, ND handed over his name and chose PhantaZym instead. "Phantazmic Bongin' Of Demonik Nature" was released in 2002.

Once again they had a fallout of sorts, but a short one. They came back together and started work on an album called "To Hell And Back", and got over 3/4 done, but lost interest in the project.

Finally coming back together again, they felt Corruption is the past and they need to move forward. Choosing the name Hallowed, a bold name that is essentially everything their music is not, ND takes the name Venum and Talonox stays with Demonik. "Nightmares Become Reality", their upcoming debut release, is in the works as we speak and is going to shatter minds.

Venum:
Can't lie.. I wouldn't of gotten into this music at all if I hadn't listened to ICP.
GraveStoneR, LU Cipha & Heretix666 were the first "horrorcore" I ever listened to that wasn't ICP.
I later discovered acts like Bedlam, SyckSyde, Lysergik, haXup, and many other artists back in the days of mp3.com.
Many artists influence me, anybody better than I am that I can take pointers from on how to better myself is an influence in my opinion.
