A 6 piece Funk/Rock band from the rural county of Herefordshire. Tight playing, real skill and 99% of our material is our own.
We were runners-up (beating 300 other bands) in the BBC School of Rock TV competition for student bands in April 2005 and perfomed Lava Lovin live on TV!
We were also semi-finalists in the Battle of the Bands competition.

Why this name?
The band formed and we took a while to decide on our name. When our lead singer was discussing the, as yet unnamed, band situation with a friend of ours she misheard him and thought that the band was called 'The Myth' to which she replied "Good name!". From there it stuck
Do you play live?
We love to play live and do whenever we can. At the moment we play regularly in the nearest town to us, Hereford. We also play in Birmingham, Worcester and other venues including summer festivals.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I think the industry must keep up with the MP3 revolution and offer cheap alternatives to CD's which will tempt people away from illegally downloading music. It's the biggest revolution in music ever!
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
In principal yes - but these days you can become well known and big without which is great.

We still like living in Herefordshire but we love most cities and love to travel.
