My name is Aaron a.k.a. A-Dub and I rap for a group called the Teamstaz and our label Go City Ent. I also have a R&B label called Soul City Ent.

Why this name?
I chose the name Doublaze because the first rap name I had was Lil' Blaze. After I got the nickname A-Dub i combined Double and Blaze together to get Doublaze
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The internet effects the music industry in good and bad ways. Good because you can get artist out like on soundclick to the world to display music. Bad because people can steal your music inlegally and you won't get profit for your work.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes I would, Labels come to me!
Band History:
The Teamstaz has been around for about five years, since sixth grade/now in tenth, and still going strong. It first started out with Jordan "Kid Chi" Stafford and I ,Aaron "Doublaze" Westbrook. after meeting someone called Mike "Kid Casper" Davis our group expanded. Comes later Kid Casper has a cousin named Deondre "Kritikal" Fountain and he also joined the Teamstaz. By Eighth grade we thought we had our group together, we started recording songs and we were set. When Ninth grade comes our world was changed when Jared "J. Ellis" Long came to the Teamstaz after performing in a talent show, and recording a re-make to "What the hook gon' be". Teamstaz are still around with the same members till this day and have three record labels,Go City Ent, Soul City Ent, and Go City South.
Your influences?
Many come to mind but I would say Jay-Z, Nelly, and Cam'ron.
Favorite spot?
My favorite city is Detroit but i live in Aurora so I would say the mall or Parkside.
