Deb has been writing lyrics and music for over 25 years, and before that, prose, poetry and short stories. Primarily a lyricist, Deb is currently working on several projects with other Christian songwriters and musicians. She has had airplay throughout the United States and in Europe.

She has enjoyed Mercy Me and Garth Brooks, Handel's Messiah and Mahalia Jackson, Shania Twain and Jaci Velasquez, the Newsboys and Bill Gaither, the local KLOVE station as well as the many terrific Country Music stations in her home community.
