To tell you a little about myself, I'm a songwriter, audio engineer and music producer. I've been studying the science, art and business of audio engineering for about five years now and it has been so rewarding. I helped my mother achieve one of her life-long dreams by producing her first album (Freda Tapp - Dance In The Rain) and I'm excited to get started on her next one. I have also worked with several other artists in writing and recording some great music.

I recently separated from the military and have moved with my wife and kids down to Georgia to be closer to our families who live in Louisiana. I'm currently operating out of my home-based project studio.

I'm very eager to work with any aspiring songwriters and/or performers who are looking for a cost-effective way to transform their musical message into a great quality demo that could proudly be shared with others and pitched to record labels. I stick to positive material (Faith, love, inspiration, etc.). Please e-mail or call me if you're interested in my assistance with your music. I'll make sure that you're happy with the end product.
Why this name?
It's my name, obviously.
Do you play live?
Yes and NO. I've played the drums for many bands, orchestras, and churches, but as far as the other instruments I play (piano, guitar, etc) I don't perform those live. One day I hope to be that good. I'm basically a studio recording artist/songwriter and hopefully, an up-and-coming music producer. That's where my true ambitions lie.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It makes it extremely convenient.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Since I'm mainly a producer, this question may be N/A for me.
Band History:
I've been writing music for about 14 years now; producing for over five, which is my true desire and I hope to produce music full-time eventually. In the meantime, I'm just developing my skills and at the moment, I'm producing for several very talented songwriters. I'm eager for the opportunity to work with others, so please contact me if you'd like for me to help produce your material. I know you'll be pleased with what I can do. As I've stated before, I stick to positive material (love songs, gospel, inspirational, etc).
Your influences?
Michael W. Smith, Phil Collins, Mercy Me, U2, Brian McKnight, Garth Brooks, and Tim McGraw . . . to name a few. My musical taste is all across the board. My main ambition in life (regarding music) is to one day be as good as David Foster. My ultimate dream-job would be to apprentice under him . . . one minute, one month, one year . . . whatever I could get would be amazing!
Favorite spot?
My favorite spot is right next to my beautiful wife, Michelle.
Equipment used:
Yamaha FGX-04 LTD acoustic/electric guitar, Yamaha SY85 synthesizer workstation, various percussion instruments, Cakewalk PC-based digital audio workstation (DAW), various H/W recording equipment including a number of dynamic and condenser mics, guitar effects processors, mic preamps, acoustical wall treatments, mobile sound absorption panels (gobos) to manage room acoustics, M-Audio BX8a near-reference studio monitors, Yamaha RH-5Ma headphone monitors (for tracking), and 100% Mogami cables for optimal audio accuracy. The last and most important piece of equipment that I'll mention are my two God-given ears.
Anything else...?
I just want to spread a positive message with my music. It stems from my faith in God and the message of love, hope and salvation that's found in the Bible.
